For your consideration…
Our message today is exactly this…word for word…“There are no small moments.”
It is judgment that labels moments big and small. Without judgment, every moment carries equal weight. No moment could happen without the moment before it.
We are reminded to give each moment the attention and honor it deserves.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Celebrate the moment you are in.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Camille calling, “Girlfriend, it is not unusual for you to be on my mind one day but two? No. What’s going on?”
-Catching up with both my girls and Jackie.
-A PJ day….seriously….did not get dressed all day.
-Lee Drummond’s chicken and dumplings recipe. Saw it, downloaded it and made it. This recipe is a keeper. It was the exact comfort food we needed.
