For your consideration…
We are a part of a whole God and his Universe. We are part of everything and everything is part of us. We coordinate and compliment each other.
Today’s message focuses on Mother Nature. We give and gain energy from and to everything; the sun, the moon, the earth. We are reminded to recharge our energy by spending time with Mother Nature. Feel the grass, earth, sand, water beneath our bare feet. Notice the sun upon our skin. Feel the rain’s showers upon us. Let the night time snuggle us. Touch the flowers, even the weeds, and let them nourish our own physical and spiritual growth.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm..“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Spend time in Mother Nature.
What made me smile yesterday…
-My knee feels wonderful. Ahhh.
-A good book.
-Mindfulness class.
-Lunch with friends.
-Catching up with Alex.
