For your consideration…

“What?” Yeah, that is what I said when our message today was “blips.” That’s it, just one word.

This is a good reminder for us….one I am not sure I have written before. When we feel, see or hear a message we don’t understand, we can stop and ask questions. We can say, “I am not sure what you are trying to communicate to me.” I do it all the time. My Guidance is probably wincing and saying, “Not the sharpest knife in the drawer.” Heck, I have even had little spats with them. I write it about it in my book. I should add that I never win. Archangel Metatron uses some pretty tough love with me. While I may not be happy with what he asks me to do, I love that he sticks with me.

Back to today’s message, I asked for more information. Immediately I was shown an incident…blip….that happened yesterday. I had returned from physical therapy for my knee. I have been taking tylenol every six hours for a week and a half. As I went to get a couple of tablets, the bottle jumped out of my hand. The lid was off but it did not spill. It landed upright and ONE tablet jumped out. I paused and almost took another tablet out but clear as day I am told I only need ONE.

This was the example I was given for a blip. Blips are little interruptions to the ordinary or automatic part of our day. They are meant to get our attention. Our Guidance wants to tell us something. It may be big or little. Without judgment is does not matter. It simply is. With practice we, the more we pay attention and acknowledge them the better we get at receiving them. We are truly blessed.

That is the HOPE.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Pay attention to the blips.

What made me smile yesterday…

-I love my physical therapist….so optimistic and positive.

-My knee feels better than it has for the one month since I injured it.

-Grocery shopping done.

-Catching up with Jackie. Gosh, what a difference a few days make.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
