For your consideration…

I have been receiving “nurture” as a message for several days. I thought it was just for me. It wasn’t until this morning I realized it was also for the blog.

We have been reminded many times that we all have many roles. Today’s message is about our role as “nurturer.”

It is easy to recognize our role to nurture as a gardener. We plant. We water. We fertilize. We weed. We prune. We are reminded that as nurturers we carry those same responsibilities with people ie; babies, children, employees, friends, co-workers, citizens, passersby, visitors etc.

There is always there is always an opportunity to nurture. Whether we know someone or not, we can plant seeds, water them, weed them, fertilize them, prop them up etc. We need each other. It is in our best interest as well as theirs and others to help others be the best they can be.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Nurture.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Another hot sunny day completing a picture perfect Memorial Day weekend.

-Working at Chippawa with old friends. Fun.

-A good book.

-Sitting in the back yard enjoying the heat.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
