For your consideration…

It seems like we have had several messages lately around integrity and being true to our authentic selves. Today’s message seems to continue the theme.

When we know in the very core of our being what is right, we need to stand firm in it. We need to plant ourselves, root ourselves to it. We need to believe that it will be all good because we are doing what is right.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Stand firm in what your soul says is right and just.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Soooo fun. Seniors last day of high school. They were officially done with school at 10:18. I saw it all from joy, stunned to tears.

-A beautiful day.

-A little rest.

-AJ’s soccer game. Oh my, I could barely recognize many of the boys. They grew over night from boys to young men.

-A beautiful night to sit outside.
