For your consideration….

Today’s message is brief. We are asked to take a moment and do the following;

Close your eyes.

Take a couple of deep breaths.

When your feel calm, open your eyes.

Notice what you see.

Notice what surrounds you.

Notice the blessings that surround you.

Notice how you feel.

I did this. It was awesome.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Count your everyday blessings.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Talking to both my girls.

-A chill day.

-A good book.

-A great meeting with Leah.
