For your consideration….

We all have a preference for the seasons. Some of it is dependent on where you live. Some is spirit preference.

As we enter fall, many feel a need to prepare to go within…physically, mentally and spiritually. It is normal.

Our message today reminds us that there is a season for everything. It is perfectly normal to want to slow down a bit. However, we are reminded that slowing down does not mean that our growth slows down. Indeed, sometimes when we slow down, we take deeper dives in reflection that become major change catalysts.

Like fall, we have a season to let things die and fall away to promote new growth and new beginnings. As we move within and hibernate, we have an opportunity to create the perfect space to for huge growth.

There is an additional key component to today’s message. It is this. “Hibernation does not mean stagnation. We still need to be willing to move forward out of our comfort zone.” Some of us may find this even more difficult because as we move slower, things become more glaring. They tend to loom larger. But they are not too large for us. They are simply gifts  of bigger opportunities.

That is the HOPE., And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Move out of our comfort zone.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A beautiful fall day.

-Lots of errands run.

-A couple Christmas presents done.

-Snuggled in with a book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
