Perspective

For your consideration…..

Hmmm….today’s message comes in sounding pretty tough….firm. It is exactly this.

Perspective is just another word for judgment.

We are welcome to our perspective. We know it is perspective because we can change it. We can look at it from a different angle to change it up and turn things around. The ability to do that is a handy tool to have. We can switch up our energy by changing our perspective.

But our message wants to make it perfectly clear that perspective comes from the ego. We know this because it can be changed. Truth can not. Truth comes from our authentic self. Whether it is what we want it to be or not, it is what it is. Perhaps you remember the phrase, “The unvarnished truth.” Truth stands on its own. No matter what angle we look at it from, it is the same.

We all have our own perspective. Sometimes it is all we have until we know the “truth.” They key to today’s message it that we know the difference. We don’t accept perspective…ours or others….as truth. We are on a quest for truth. We find that on the inside of our soul.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Recognize the difference between perspective and truth.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A record high day for warm temperature.

-Hearing the golfers out on the course reminds us that while we still have a ways to go on winter, we are also well on our way to spring.

-Progress on plans.

-A good book.
