For your consideration….
We have days where it is just one thing after another. Nothing goes as planned. An already busy day has one unexpected thing, delay, problem etc… after another thrown into it. We have all had those days where at some point we just have to throw up our hands and laugh.
Our message today tells us that while we do that in resignation, it is exactly the perfect thing to do. Laughter turns the energy. It inserts itself into the negative chain of events and weakens its links. It changes the magnetic force from negative to positive.
When we don’t know what else to do, sit down and recall something that always makes you laugh.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Laugh….often.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Lots of rain and the magnetic draw of little ones to the puddles. Oh….how I wish we could let them play in them.
-Two girls and three boys sitting on a bench. One of the girls lets loose with a very large toot that reverberates on the wooden bench. The boy next to her goes, “Wowwww.” The look on his face was precious. He was in total admiration.
-Fast forward to the afternoon. The same students are sitting on the bench. I notice the same little girl and boy sitting next to one another…..holding hands.
-Cool weather and the urge to cook. Lots done in the kitchen.
