For your consideration….

We are asked to envision life in terms of an escalator. Specifically, the “up” escalator. Life is in perpetual motion. We can not stop it but we can choose how we “ride” it.

We can choose to “walk” up the life escalator with a purpose, plan or vision. We can choose to take only a step or two and let it carry us along. Or we can choose to simply be still and let it carry us.

There is no wrong way to ride the life escalator as long as we remember that at some point that escalator ends and we must step off or fall. We can cruise through life avoiding making decisions or taking chances. But at some point we will be forced to.

However we choose to ride the life escalator, is ok. We are simply reminded to be aware of “our decision” and not be surprised when suddenly we are forced to step off of the escalator. We should never be surprised when we are forced to make a decision or take a step after we have been cruising along in indecision.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Don’t let fear and/or indecision make you fall off the escalator.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A chill morning.

-A little shopping.

-A little prepping for a little party.

-Dinner and The Ark with Bruce, Jody and Bob.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
