For your consideration….

YOU are the game changer. It is as simple as that. At any given moment we have a choice on how we act or react. It all depends on our attitudes and beliefs.

We are told today that if we are unhappy with how the moment (big or small) or life in general is going, we can change it. How? Pause. Be still. Focus on what you are unhappy with. Breathe into it. Release it for healing. Continue breathing in the stillness. Visualize the change you want to see. Breathe it in. Continue to be still and breathe until you feel calm and comfortable.

Realize you have taken charge and changed the game. That you’ve changed the direction of your day. Remember, your breath is your reset button.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Remember your breath is a tool always available to “reset” our direction.

What made me yesterday….

-Talking to my Sis and finally getting to chat with Alex.

-Working out at our club. We had lots of good help.

-Getting a great price on airline tickets for my brother.

-A great new recipe…..a keeper.
