The Swinging Bridge in Lexington, MI

For your consideration….

Many times we hear, “It is all good.” I use this phrase frequently, often when times are on the “downside.”

Consider procrastination. When you overcome it and get things done, your accomplishments feel just that much accomplished. The downside, sadness, makes happiness all the more joyous. Endings make beginnings much more exciting. When we finally accept change after resisting it, we often wonder what our holdup really was about. Was it fear? Then overcoming it helps us realize our power to conquer it.

There is always a flip side to the downside….it is the good side.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember, “It is all good.”

What made me smile yesterday…..

-I finished a good book.

-My homemade raviolis are being perfected. They could be prettier (that’s the downside) but they are really good.

-Catching up with my sister.

-Christmas shopping started. I bought a beautiful scarf from my artist friend, Yvette. http://shopvida.com/collections/voices/yvette-michele-booth

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
