For your consideration……
Love with integrity. That means love with no strings. It means love with no expectations. It means love with an open heart. It means love just because. It means love anyway. We could go on and on. But you get the message.
Loving with integrity requires complete honesty. To do that me must hold love in our heart as we approach others and situations. A loving heart searches for and expects to find and connect with the love of others and all things. It is giving with HOPE.
Remember love is the common thread that is in all living things. It is the one thing that can connect us all. It is the only thing that can propel us into the light and keep us there. Where there is fear from the ego and pessimism. It is only love that can pull us out and set us back on our path.
We are reminded today to hush the ego. Set aside doubt and fear. Let the natural and honest love of our heart lead the way.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Relax with each one. Breath out what is not love and light and no longer serves you. Breath in honest love.
-Before you go to sleep, think of at least one thing your were truly grateful for today.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-Listening to the kids chatter and banter back and forth at breakfast.
-All of us going to the movies.
-Lunch at Gieridino’s. I have not been there since swim club with Alex.
-Talking to both my girls in one day no less. Yeah.
