There is more to our Easter message. It was delivered via the Juice Newton song. I just love when that happens.
We were also given an example. It was the example of child-birth. Child birth can often be incredible pain. But once it is over and your child is put in your arms, the pain is forgotten as overwhelming love takes over overshadowing everything else.
The crucifixion was much like that, once the pain was over, Jesus’ love for us completely overshadowed all else and he tells us…”the sweetest thing I’ve every known is loving you.”
We are asked to remember that. We are loved….each and every one of us.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…..feel loved.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be generous with your love of others.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A perfect weather day for Easter.
-Sitting in the sunshine.
-Kathy generously made me a toddy for my lost voice.
-Wonderful food and company at the Gordon’s.
