Sunlight On Your Fingertips

For your consideration……

Yes, that’s the message. We have sunlight on our fingertips. Perhaps we don’t notice it but it is there. It is a gift that we receive over and over. It is a gift that keeps on giving. Sunlight on our fingertips is an energy infuser. It is good for us.

And the supply is endless so there is no reason to hoard. We are reminded today that our hands are tools that make our life easier. But more than that they are instruments to do and perpetuate good work.

Notice the sunlight on your fingertips. Pause and feel your body soaking up the powerful energy. Use your energy for good.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray……notice and feel your power.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Pause and notice the sun’s rays on your fingertips.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A slow relaxing Father’s Day at Stillwater.

-Isn’t technology today awesome. I was able to see my nephew, Jack with the USA Water Polo team playing live in Russia via the web.

-Cathy, John and I going over the blow by blow details of the game.

-Both girls checking in for Father’s Day.

-A beautiful day…..perfect for outdoor dining at the Raft….Bruce’s choice for Father’s Day.

P.S. Happy Birthday to my fabulous sister, Lori. My wish for you this year……….
