For your consideration……

That is the HOPE. And so it is.


Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps everyone can take…….

-Meditate….get to know your authentic self….your real self.

-Drink lots of water.

-Spend as much time outdoors as you can. No matter how much or little that is, notice and feel your connection.

-Take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.

-Think about today’s message.


What made me smile yesterday……

-The ladybug who rode in the car with me to school.

-The yellow butterfly that greeted me when I came home.

-Alex broke the sound barrier today. That must have been a thrill.

-Catching up with Yvonne.
