“Because of your little faith,”
He told them. “For I assure you:
If you have faith the size of a mustard seed,
you will tell this mountain,
‘Move from here to there,’
and it will move.
Nothing will be impossible for you.”
For your consideration…..
Today’s message is about faith in ourselves. Today’s message is about believing in ourselves. Today’s message is about recognizing what we have to offer to the world… the Oneness. And, of course, sharing those things.
We are being asked today to remember who we are. We are being asked to see and feel the gifts we have been given. We are being asked to leave a seed from those gifts wherever we go.
Leave a seed of HOPE.
Leave a seed of joy.
Leave a seed of love.
Leave a seed of compassion.
Leave a seed of laughter.
Leave a seed of understanding.
Leave a seed of faith.
Leave a seed of blessings.
Leave a seed of encouragement.
Leave a seed of knowledge.
Leave a seed of comfort.
Leave a seed of peace.
Etc. Etc. Etc.
Of course, you don’t have to leave just one seed. You can leave many. Remember the saying about, “leaving something better than you found it”? That is what we are shooting for today and all the days. Leave a conversation, a room, any place with any person, better than when we arrived. Leave behind seeds to perpetuate the best of you. It is a choice. We always have a choice.
And that is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Mediate/pray. Spend time alone with you.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Remember that anytime you feel attacked, bad anxious etc., deep breaths will take us back to our center. Deep breathing is our reset button.
-Journal what you are grateful for and anytime you shared it.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-A great phone call with Dianne. I got some affirmations out of it. That is always good.
-The car wash was great about acknowledging the antenna they broke off my car.
-Bruce was amazed I was so calm and relaxed about it. Hmmmm. Did I not know before that in the scheme of it all these things are just not that important?
-A great Self Works sharing circle. Marilyn was fantastic.
-I fell asleep to the gentle sound and smell of a perfect rain.
