For your consideration…….
The message we were given today is, “Take the high road. Be the reflection you want to see.”
When flying, once you get above the clouds you break into sunlight. The higher you go and closer to the sun, the more light you see and feel.
When we take the high road, we put ourselves closer to the spiritual light. We feel and absorb the warmth of that light just as we feel the warmth of the sun when we get above the clouds.
In turn,we radiate back to the world that light and warmth to be absorbed by those around us. It in turn reflects back on us and we become self-perpetuating light.
Don’t you love it? Maybe it will be easier next time we have to bite our tongue, do more than our share, put up with surly people etc.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate. Feel the warmth of inner peace.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Play, relax, do something fun.
-Journal.
What made me smile yesterday……
-Lots of fun family time.
-A great beach day.
-A chill evening.
-A “till we meet again” to Natalya and Amy.
