For your consideration…

Our truth is one of the most powerful tools we have. We need to remember it. Be in touch with it. Stand firm in it.

That does not mean that we should not listen to other’s truth. We can learn from theirs. In the end, whether we accept it or not, is up to us. Because again, we must always honor the truth our spirit recognizes. Consider this quote. I am unsure of the author. “I am my truth. I live my integrity in all that I do.”

Our integrity is linked to our truth. When we compromise our integrity, we damage our truth. That is not good for our highest good OR the highest good of all.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Honor and hold true to your truth.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day…warm and sunny.

-I picked my friend, Beth, up and got her to her first post-op doctor appointment.

-I taught a great 5th grade class in the afternoon.

-Mojdeh and I went to Parc for dinner and then to the Fisher for a play.

-Successful shopping in the great Peacock Room.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
