For your consideration…
Hokey pokey…hocus pocus…these words are deliberate today from our Guidance. While the message is serious, it is delivered in a light way.
Today we are reminded of our personal power. Power given to us at birth by God to grow and use for our highest good and the highest good of all. We don’t like how our life is going. We have the power to turn ourself around. That is pretty heady and serious stuff. At the same time we are reminded to lighten up and not take ourselves so seriously, have fun, through love, joy, peace and HOPE.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Remember…We can turn ourselves around whenever we need to.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-As I walked around Ann Arbor, I saw lots of people out walking, eating, smiling.
-Catching up with Alex and Mojdeh.
-I ushered at Hill Auditorium.
-A good book.
