For your consideration…
Isn’t this a beautiful picture? I love that I found it It is true. However, I am laughing because this is part of the message the actual message that came in was more crudely put.
The actual message is, “Shit happens and it rolls down hill. Roll with it and try to stay ahead of it.”
Clearly, my mother had a hand in this message today. Yet it is also true. We get lots of blessings as well as “crap” thrown at us. It is our job to sort out which is which and roll with it.
That is the HOPE And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Roll with life.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day. Spring is on its way.
-An eye doctor visit that it turns out I did not need.
-A bit of shopping done.
-Lunch with Shannon.
-I passed up a spring coat almost 2 years ago because it was a lot of money when I really did not need it. I always regretted it. I have tried to find it again. I know that my friend, Beth, is sick of me looking in the Peacock Room and asking every time we go there. Yesterday, my daughter, Shannon, surprised me with it. Evidently, I have talked about it so much that she recognized it as soon as she saw it. I am sooooo excited.
-My friend, Julie, came for a visit.
-A good book.
