For your consideration…
I can not ever remember writing about money in this blog. So I am surprised that today’s message is about it.
There is a lot of focus put on money, misappropriated money, stolen money etc., these day. Today’s message tells us that money is not evil. It is not the root of all evil. Wanting money does not make us a bad person. Our attitude, how we go about getting it, and what we do with it determines the perception of good and bad money.
Consider this Henry David Thoreau quote; “Money is not required to buy one necessity of the soul.”
Money is a tool. It does not influence our soul for good or bad unless we allow it to. We have a choice. We always have a choice.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember..You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Keep a healthy attitude about money.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful snow day.
-Catching up with Alex and Mary.
-I got my new CPAP machine.
-Beth and I went to the beautiful Michigan Theater to see “Singing In The Rain” on the big screen. It was great.
-Finished a book series.
