How Do I Know

These are lyrics from the Whitney Houston song “How Will I Know?”

Throughout our lives many of us have probably questioned the feelings we have for someone else and them for us. This is especially true when we think we love them but are not sure they reciprocate our feelings. Or somehow we have a nagging feeling of doubt about them.

So we might ask “How can I know?” “How can I be sure?” Today we are asked to consider going to the love that is always true. Go to the love that we know and recognize as real, constant, and true. That is our Spiritual Love. We know that our God, our Angels, and Guides are always with us. We know that no matter what they stand by us without judgment in the brilliant light of their love. We can get still and go within to sit with the truth of that love. AND we can ask for their guidance.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-A beautiful day.

-A good doctor’s appointment for Mary.

-An afternoon of teaching.

-Catching up with Alex and Vicki

-A good book.
