For your consideration…

I was just saying to my friend, Dianne, that I have wasted a lot of time. Over the holidays, I had a lot of time off that I could have gotten a lot done. So I am certainly paying attention to today’s message.

One part of today’s message is about wasting time getting things done. But there is a bigger part to the message. Let us use “our health as an example. How often do we hear about people  who put off travel, moving, exercise, etc. only to hit health issues that now prevent them from doing those plans.

Or how about pulling ahead a task because you end up with extra time and up happy you did because something else came up and would have prevented you from doing it at the time you had planned for it.

I am sure you have hundreds of examples. The bottom line is make the moment count. The next is not guaranteed.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Make the most of the time you have when you have it.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Another beautiful day.

-Ahhh, house cleaners came.

-Great leftovers.

-Catching up with Mary, Dianne, and Alex.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
