For your consideration…

Well, this might seem harsh. We all have some sad stories. We all have gone through difficult times in our lives. If we look beyond ourselves, we see that while others may not have the same ones as we do but they have their own.

Our message today tells us our challenges are just “so whats.” Everyone has them. They are put in our path as opportunities to grow. We have a choice. We always have a choice on how we want to handle them AND how we think about them after.

We are reminded that we endured. We have the body, mind, and spirit…no matter what is put in front of us…to endure AND grow and thrive stronger than ever IF we choose an attitude of acceptance and gratitude.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meet challenges with a “can do” attitude.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-I got AJ to the airport bright and early.

-A new garage door opener was installed.

-Catching up with Alex and my Uncle Tim.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
