For your consideration…

I have never given much thought to being an observer until my youngest grandson came along. He is unhurried. He observes, assesses and then decides if, how, and when he wants to participate.

So when today’s message came in, I could relate. Many of us are doers. We wake up with plans running through our minds. Today’s message tells us that there is nothing wrong with that. However, sometimes it is best to take some time to observe, evaluate, reevaluates, asses, reassess, and then figure out exactly how best to proceed. We are reminded of that saying, “Measure twice and cut once.” We may not want to take the time to observe but in the end it will save us time.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be an observer.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Some shopping done. I love my new Aldi’s.

-Catching up with Alex, Mary, and Jackie.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
