For your consideration…
Our message today tells us that we deserve to live a life of ease. We are asked to believe it. That we don’t makes our Guides sad and yes, frustrated.
We are reminded that we are not alone. Our Guides are with us 24/7 every day of our lives no matter the circumstances. There is no need for us to play martyr. There is no need for us to judge what requests are worthy of our Guides. There are no requests too big or too small. Ask…ask…ask.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Affirm…“All of life comes to me with ease, joy, and glory because I deserve it.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Catching up with Mary, Mojdeh, and Alex.
-A fun cooking class.
Out door pots and table umbrellas brought in.
