For your consideration…
Life is complicated. Sometimes it seems like there is always something. And just when we think we’ve solved that problem, surmounted that obstacle, another takes its place.
With our life history we often turn into worry worts. We start to look for the doom and gloom coming around the next corner.
Our message today tells us that this is completely opposite of what we should be doing. We have a history with life complications…with our complicated life. And for all of the worrying we did or didn’t do, we are still here standing up for the next challenge, the next life lesson.
We are asked to let go of worry and stand proudly in confidence based on the foundation we have built.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for mu highest good and the highest good of all?
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breath.
-Stop worrying. Live with confidence.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Lunch with Mojdeh, Susan, and Francesca. We had lots of laughs and fun.
-Conner came for dinner.
-A good book.
