What It Means to Live Your Truth - HubPages

For your consideration…

We have all heard the quote, “The truth shall set your free.”

Our message today tells us that this is true. Of course, there is a flip side. There always is. If don’t live our truth, it will hold us prisoner.

While it may not always seem that way, if we know our truth, we are fortunate. Our task is to live it. Don’t waste it. Don’t be ashamed of it even if it is not popular or shared. Live your truth fully.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be not darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Live your truth fully, every moment, without exception.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Conner was soooo excited to be going on the airplane to vacation with his mom and dad and dad’s family.

-A chill day watching the Olympics.

-A good suspense book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
