For your consideration…

We are asked to consider discontent. We all experience it at times in our life. We tend to think of it as a negative. But today we are asked to consider it as a symptom much like a tiny headache, stomach ache, fever, etc. It is a symptom that is getting our attention to be proactive.

When we feel something is not right. Something is not true. When we feel discontent, we are asked to pause. Drill down. Get to source of it. And take action to make it right.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drill down to the source of discontent.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Jul, Kay, and Vickie came to dinner to celebrate her birthday.

-Catching up with Jody and Mary.

-A good book.
