For your consideration…

I sense that today’s message tags onto yesterday’s message. Remember, we were asked to drill down on our feelings with the question why. Then ask, “Is it true.”

Today we are asked to take nothing at face value no matter the source. Perhaps we don’t trust someone so we discount everything they have to say or do. Again, they are not necessarily wrong. The same thing goes for those we trust implicitly. Just because we trust them does not mean offering correct information. Think about it. We don’t know where they got their information. Remember the old game “rumor.” Remember how distorted the message was by the time it got to the last person? That is how it goes when we pass on information.

Consider that anything we hear is just that…something we hear no matter the source including the news.  We still have to do the “drill down” to find the truth. We always need to be asking “Is it true?”

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drill down for the truth.

What made me smile yesterday…

-An eye appointment.

-I came home and trimmed my hedges. Then I cleaned out both my herb and vegetable gardens including hauling and spreading more soil.

-I had to keep my friend Janet in my head. She says,”If it is in the wrong place, it is a weed.” So I pulled out huge oregano plants. I transplanted pansies that were growing up through the cracks of my cement patio. I moved cilantro. I pulled lots of parsley. It all looks great but I was exhausted.

-Finished a good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
