For your consideration…

Our message today is actually about finding peace of mind.

Much, if not most, of life is out of our control. Yes, we have free will that we use to maneuver it. Sometimes it works out perfectly for us, sometimes not, sometimes better. That is our judgment at work. When we suspend judgment we remember there are no things big or small, all good or all bad, beautiful or ugly, etc. It is just what has put in play for us exactly as it is supposed to be. Divine Timing and Divine Purpose are always in play.

Without judgment, it is easier to find acceptance. And when we find acceptance, we can find peace of min and spirit.I love this Gerald G. Jampolsky quote about people;

Peace of mind comes from not wanting to change others,

but by simply accepting them as the are.

True acceptance is always without demands and expectations.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there an be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Accept it.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-My dear friend, Kathy, ran into the arms of the angels and rewarded us with a beautiful rainbow as she did it.

-Lunch with my Ginger.

-I was able to get a dinner together for Kathy’s family.

-Shanon, Will, and I went to Alex and James to have dinner with his sister and nephews who are visiting.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
