For your consideration…

Happy Easter. My wish for each of you is that you experience all of the blessings, HOPE, and promise of Easter.

I am very excited about today’s message. I do not ever remember having this message before. I am excited because it is something I am passionate about.

Each of us is unique. We are God’s own unique design. It includes unique wants, needs, talents, challenges, etc. We each come with a clock that we can not read. We are never guaranteed the next moment which makes the moment(s) we have even more precious. That is the first part of the message.

The second one is about honoring ourselves….doing what floats our boat. What do you want to do? What are you passionate about? What do you want to learn? What do you want to accomplish? Where do you want to go? What to you want to see? What do you want to experience. ETC.

Notice the YOU in each of those questions. Often we tend to wait for others…partners…friends…to be motivated to join us. We are afraid to go it alone. And all to often, we wait too long and never get to all of those things that we want to do. YOU are responsible for YOU. No one else is, just YOU. Likewise you are not responsible for anyone else’s boat.

Today we are asked to consider venturing out and taking steps to those things that float our boat.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Clear your chakras. Put bare fee to Mother Earth and ground yourself.

-Do what floats your boat.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Some spring sprinkles.

-Catching up with Lori and Ginger.

-An afternoon with Conner. Beth, Alex and I took him to the Henry Ford museum to see the Paw Patrol exhibit and then, of course, he wanted to see the trains.

-Finished a book series.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
