For your consideration…

Death and illness, are unavoidable. Whether it is ourselves or those we care about, we encounter both. In these cases no procrastination can stop them. But there are other things in our life we would like to avoid. They very from person to person. What one person can not wait to do another avoids it whenever possible i.e.; gold, cooking, gardening, writing, reading, paying bills, etc. We all have those things in our lives that are unavoidable but we wish we could. This is life.

In life there are things we love and things we don’t. But that does not change the fact that all of them are good for us. All of them serve a purpose. There are no coincidences. We are where we are on Divine Purpose in Divine Timing. We can not change that. But we can change our attitude and intention.

We can suspend judgment and without exception set the intention that it is all good. We can decide to confront the unavoidable head on with acceptance that we will be better on the other side of it. We will receive the blessing it is intended to bring us. We can accept the wisdom and skill set it gave us. We can accept that we have learned and grown. We can accept that we are more.

Are there things we want to avoid. Of course, but we can set the intention to meet them head on and move through them without judgement. We can decide to move through them with grace.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Take on the unavoidable with acceptance and determination.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Another beautiful day.

-We have applied to get Louie’s exit papers. HOPEfully we will be all set when it is time to come home.

-A beach afternoon.

-Catching up with Alex, James, and Conner via What’s App video. And catching up with Mary.

-Finished a 4 book series.

-I finally found some breadfruit and made delicious fries with it last night.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
