For your consideration…

“Don’t wast Sunday worrying about Monday.” This is our exact message today.

My husband and I were the very worse at this. Him even more so than I. He would wake up Sunday crabby the the next day was Monday. I at least waited until later in the day. When we were both retired, we would joke that Sunday became our favorite day of the week.

.This is a prime example of wasting precious moments. Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest. We are asked to let go of the worry of preparing for the rest of the week. The best thing we can do is rest our body, mind, and Spirit. Everything else will fall in place exactly as it is supposed to.

Chill out today. Have fun.doing the things you love and seeing the people you love.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all>”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Have a restful glorious day.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Time at the beach.

-Some shopping time.

Catching up with Judy, Dianne, Mary, Ginger, Jackie, Alex, and Shannon…my birthday girl.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
