For your consideration…
I love today’s message for so many reasons. First, I love it because my husband has been on my mind all day and he loved all things Coca Cola. We have the above poster framed over and antique Coke machine in our kitchen.
Secondly, I love it because it carries today’s message that came in via the old Coca Cola slogan, “Pause and Refresh.” Thirdly, I love it because this is the perfect message for this last day of 2023.
Yes, a lot has gone down this past year for each of us and the Universe. Many didn’t, but we made it. We deserve to pause and refresh before we start the the first day of 2024.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Pause and refresh to keep your light bright.
-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Drink lots of water.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Breakfast with Shannon.
-Then some shopping.
-Some writing done.
-Finished a book series.
-Catching up with Mary.
