For your consideration…
What is stopping you? That is the question that we are asked today.
If we pause and think about it, it is the doubt that the ego is constantly planting. Usually, this is with subtle questions and thoughts; but, what if, shouldn’t, can’t, couldn’t, not good or talented enough, etc. The doom and gloom scenarios that the ego gives us causes doubt and fear. It limits us.
Our authentic self knows our truth…the truth. It knows that we are fully equipped and perfect for our life purpose. It knows that we are limitless. It guides and encourages us with love…always love…so it knows no fear. It never has doubt because it is always truth without judgment.
As we wrap up this year and head to a new one, we are reminded to go within. Shut down the doubts of the ego. Let our authentic self lead the way with constant help from our Guidance.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-When in doubt, shut your ego down.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-I finally got Louie a vet appointment in preparation for our trip.
-Catching up with Alex, Dianne, and Jackie.
-I got 50 pages written for my book.
-A funny book.
