For your consideration…

Ahhh, we all have them. We all have times when we feel sorry for ourselves.

Our message today tells us to suspend judgment and be ok with it. But…yes there is a but…put a time limit on it. When you notice you are feeling sorry for yourself, allow it with a time limit. Choose what that time is. Set your alarm on your phone. When that alarm goes off, know it is a reminder that it is time to move on.  Remind yourself of all you have right now. Move on from there in gratitude. Focus on making this moment count.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day with some sun and warm temperatures.

-It was great seeing so may people walking in Christmas pants and riding bikes.

-A delicious dinner at Will and Shannon’s.

-A wonderful relaxed Christmas with Ginger, AJ, Mackenzie, Will and Shannon.

-Lots of Christmas messages.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
