For your consideration…

My sense is that a lot of people right now are feeling unsettled. The norm doesn’t seem to exist. There seems to be a lot of uncertainty. Our message today is for all who feel this way.

Life is always and forever changing. It just doesn’t always feel like it. Certainly, the wars going add to uncertainty. But also, there are a lot of people who are going through personal changes as well such as illness, death, moving, financial disruption, disgruntlement, etc. Many people are feeling sad, unsettled, concerned, on edge. Our message tells us that that these feeling are because we are “on the cusp.” Perhaps this is precipitated due to sad circumstances. Perhaps it is because of the uncertainty surrounding us.

What is important to remember is that the how and why of how we got to be on the cusp does not matter. This is life. We will been here before and most likely be here again. It is also important to remember to pay attention to our attitude and intention. You know the saying is the “glass half full or half empty?” This is exactly like that. We are on the cusp. What are we expecting to be on the other side? If we are fearful, we are thinking in the negative and inviting that to meet us on the other side. If, on the other hand, we are expecting positive things for our highest good to be there, then that is what we are inviting to greet us.

When we get to the other side of the cusp, life will not be the same. But just because we are content and life is good right now does not mean that it can’t get better. Expect better. Look forward to better. Trust and believe that this change is necessary and we will meet its challenges and blessings just like we always have before.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoor and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meet change with a positive and excited attitude,
