For your consideration…

Think about our education system. It seems like there is a never ending list of education programs to facilitate better learning for our children. Some work. Some don’t. Some are better than what is in place. Some aren’t The bottom line is that we all have different learning styles.

That is what our message today is about. As adults we can choose for ourselves what learning style works best for us. Perhaps it is repetition. Perhaps it is silence. Perhaps it is with music. Perhaps it is writing it down. Perhaps it is reminders on our phone. We know what works for us.

Affirmations are great tools to motivate ourselves. They are great tools for aligning our body, mind, and spirit. They are great tools for energy management. We are encouraged to use them often. No matter how we find them or use them, we are asked today to consider saying them out loud. We tend to think talking to ourselves is a sign of craziness. But this is not true. Saying something out loud allows us to hear with not only our mind but with our ears as well. This like an exclamation point.

Don’t be shy or embarrassed. Proudly say your affirmations out loud.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember….You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Proclaim your affirmations out loud.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A great day at school.

-Picking Conner up from his school.

-Dianne joined us for dinner at Alex’s.

-Conner was so excited for birthday cake.
