For your consideration…
We are late with the blog today. My power was out for most of the day. But I love our message that came in via this Lao-Tse quote.
“The snow goose need not bathe to make itself white.
Neither need you do anything but be yourself.”
It is easy to admire other people, wish we could be like them, wish we had different skills and resources, etc. to do things that make a difference. When this is where our focus is, we forget that we are exactly what is needed. There are no coincidences. Every moment in our life is exactly perfect and us for it. Wasting time wishing we were someone else, undermines our power and potential.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Affirm…“I am exactly perfect for this moment.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-An amazing thunder storm.
-Dinner was safely delivered to Alpha House.
-Happy hour at Carlye’s with Beth.
-A good book.
-Catching up with Jackie and Jody.
