For your consideration…

It is summer, the season of warmth, play, vacations, etc. Yet, my sense is that many of us feel overwhelmed. Yesterday we had a message about escaping, getting out in nature and absorbing Mother Earth’s healing, and taking steps to help ourselves.

Today’s message reminds us that we never walk alone. Our God and our Guidance is with us 24/7. We are asked to turn to source, your God, when we need to. Let go. Let God. Hold onto your Faith and your HOPE in confidence that you are being taken care of. Your solutions and your peace are in the works as soon as you ask help. You ask and God and the Guidance he has set up for you respond…just like that.

While today’s message is addressing a loneliness and desperation, there is a second part of today’s message. We do not need to be lonely or desperate to ask for help. Indeed, we are reminded that we can ask for help in all things big and small…help finding a parking sport, which top to wear, what to cook for dinner, etc. There is noting to big or too small for us to ask for help with.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved and I can ask for help with any and all things.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Spending the morning with Conner.

-An afternoon nap.

-Bedroom TV fixed.

-Catching up with Alex.

-A new book…juries out on how good it is.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
