Poets&Quants - 15 Biggest Regrets Of MBA Students

For your consideration…

All of us have said, “I shouldn’t have…” We have regrets about the choice we made. We wish we have made a different one. If we could go back, we think we would have made a different on.

Our message today says, “Not so.” If we went back to decision time, we would have the exact same perspective and would make the same choice.

When we think about “shouldn’t have,” we are thinking in hindsight. We did not have this information, emotions, perspective, etc. at the time we made the decision. Hindsight gives us information and perspective we did not have. It helps us learn and make better decisions in the future.

We are asked to let go of regrets. Be grateful for what we have learned and move forward.

That is the “HOPE.” And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let go of “should have.”

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A badly needed haircut.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Mary, Kathy, Tim, and Sharon.

-A new recipe from Heather.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
