For your consideration…

This message came in this morning and started my morning out laughing. It ties to many of the messages we have been getting lately. But today it was just a funny reminder. The message was, “You can tune a piano but you can’t tune a fish.”

This phrase is actually the name of a sandwich at a bar near here. It has been on the menu for a long time and is my favorite. See how our Guidance communicates with us? They give us things that we will recognize to grab our attention.

So what does the message mean for us today? It means that now one can do everything, let alone doing it well. We all have different talents. But we all still have a role. Examples; Some people can’t cook or don’t like to cook. But they can still applaud the cook and enjoy the food. Some people can’t sing or play music but they can still enjoy it and applaud those who can. Some people are not athletic. But they still have a role cheering athletes on.

We all have a role. Sometimes we are the ones being cheered for. Sometimes we are the cheerers. Both roles are important.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember al our roles are important.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful sunny day.

-Everything is back up and running, electricity and internet.

-Catching up with both my girls.

-A good book.

-Great neighbors.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
