For your consideration…
Some say…I remember my mom saying it all of the time…”Misery loves company.” And I am sure it is true. I bet every one of us can think of someone right now where this is the case.
But here is something that is even more true. “Love and joy love company even MORE.”
And here is something else that is absolutely true. We absolutely have the power to pick which we want to join….misery or love and joy.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Choose love and joy.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Catching up with my sister, Lori, and hearing all of her good news.
-Catching up with Alex and Conner.
-Catching up with Jackie.
-Catching up with Dianne.
-Catching up with Shannon.
-Catching up with Cathy.
-Catching up on recorded shows.
