For your consideration…

It feels real but our message today tells us that “loneliness” is an illusion. We are never alone but sometimes we allow ourselves to feel that way.

Look at the above picture. We can not know how this woman feels walking alone in the woods. But we can see the tracks of those who have walked this same path. It reminds us that we share this path, all of our paths, with others.

Yes, sometimes those we love move on before us. Yes, sometimes those we love move away. Yes, we may be alone in our homes, on our walks, etc. The physical presence is separate from the spiritual. Those we love and those who love us are forever with us in spirit. Our Guidance is with us 24/7 in spirit.

We are not alone.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A day of doing absolutely nothing productive.

-A good book.

-Binge watching TV shows.

-Catching up with Mary and Alex.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
