For your consideration…

We are often reminded that we are powerful beings. But it doesn’t always feel that way. It is easy to get overloaded and feel out of control. However, that is never the case.

So how do we change it around? How do we regain our personal power? Rarely do we lose our power all at once. We lose it one step at a time over time. And that is exactly how we get it back…one step at a time over time.

Pick something…anything…that you need to get done. If it is a big task, chunk it out. Choose to do that ONE thing. Power through it. Get it done. Celebrate you. Acknowledge that you got it. done. Tomorrow pick one more thing. Make sure your focus is on what you DID get done and not on what you didn’t. One step at a time we are regaining our control over our power. Before we know it, it once again becomes natural and we are in control.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Focus on what we can control and not on what we can’t.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Brunch with Jul, Vicki, and Pat.

-I dreaded making some returns imaging this big hassle that turned out to be super easy.

-I had been looking for a storage bench for a long time. I unexpectedly found one yesterday.

-Shannon, Will, Alex and James sent me a new TV. My other one crapped out on me a couple of weeks ago.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
