Further On Up The Road

For your consideration…

Lots of times when our message comes in via a song, I have to search until I find its title. No so today. “Further On Up The Road” is a favorite of mine. Some might think that it is a dark song…

Where the road is dark, and the seed is sowed
Where the gun is cocked, and the bullet’s cold
Where the miles are marked in blood and gold
I’ll meet you further on up the road…

but that is not how I feel and it is not how today’s message feels.

This song describes struggles, darkness, and greed but all of this is part of the road where there is still HOPE. It reminds us that…

One sunny mornin’ we’ll rise I know
And I’ll meet you further on up the road

And I’ll meet you further on up the road

Here we are reminded that there is HOPE. We will travel the road and find our way out of the darkness and into the light….TOGETHER.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Walk the road to the light gathering other with us, Lightworkers.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Another beautiful day.

-Dinner with Susan at C. Kings…which was excellent.

-A good visit with Ken.

-A new book.

-Catching up with both my girls.
