For your consideration…

Every day in this blog we are reminded to get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. It is so important that we do that at least once a day if not more. When we get outdoors, the fresh air can clean out our lungs.

Our message today reminds us to do that but it also reminds us of something else. If we are fortunate, we live somewhere where we have clean air. This is a blessing. This is sacred.

We are also reminded that our breath goes with us wherever we go. It is always with us. And when we need to, we can focus on breath to calm ourselves, bring ourselves into a peaceful place, and become clear in thought.

Today we are asked to focus on clean air and our breath and count them as one of our many blessings.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm..“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Focus on our breath and the beautiful air we breathe. Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Alex.

-My little Louie. Yesterday I had the first migraine I have had in years. He was just willing to just lay with me throughout the day and night.

-I had a fun day on Sunday with an old friend, Susan.

-My garden is still going strong.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
