For your consideration…

Think about when you were given a special gift or award by someone you respect, admire, love, etc. It may be hard to show exactly how special you feel. But you know. Do you feel how special you are? Do you feel like a fraud? Are you surprised? Do you feel enlightened?

We have had a lot of messages about connecting with Spirit on all things. Today reminds us that the answers to the above questions are good clues on where we are getting our answers. A gift given in love and respect needs to be received with the same. But sometimes our ego jumps in and tells us we are not worthy. Or it may tell us to show our appreciation may make us look pompous and arrogant.

Note to self. If it is not coming from love, if it does not feel like love, it is NOT coming from Spirit. We are love, created in love, sent with love, with a life purpose of love. We are sent from the greatest giver, creator of all…God.

Act like it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths…they don’t all have to be at once.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Listen to your spirit. Follow its guidance.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Attend the Plymouth Art Fair with Conner and Alex.

-A good book.
